This week we had the honour of chatting to daddy. She is. A multifaceted, creative powerhouse. An entertainer, a mentor & producer. It's the unapologetic, unfiltered, unbothered Daddy Doe! She is an advocate for diversity and intersectionality within the arts, dedicating a large portion of her time to work to provide a safe and accepting space and community. We talk about her recent performer name change (formally Miss Jane Doe), what iso.2 looks like for each of us in the arts, and that time Daddy was so tired at fringe she forgot to take her costume off and pee'd through her costume. This week we had the honour of chatting to Australia's queen of circus, Malia Walsh! She is a founding member of Circus Trick Tease and a driving force producing and directing the companies works over the years including the self titled Circus Trick Tease, ‘Straya and Can’t Face. She's created shows for Circus Oz, sold out entire Edinburgh Fringe Festival seasons, all with two kids tucked away backstage somewhere. We find out the hilarious/ disgusting thing she did before running on stage at After Hours, and how that inner saboteur can strike no matter how accomplished you are.

This week we had the honour of chatting to Australia's only Miss Exotic World. That's right folks, she is Australia's queen of burlesque... literally. She has the crown to prove it! From living through the AIDS epidemic, to being a club kid in London, to starting a family back in Australia whilst being an in demand showgirl this woman has done it all. This is hands down of the most fascinating episodes we have ever recorded, and we can't wait for you to hear her story. It's the iconic, Imogen Kelly.

Miss Bettie Bombshell is the current Miss Burlesque Australia, she's performed at the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas - 3 times AND she's a kick ass producer (The After Hours Cabaret Club). Together the two have sold out 5 star shows in Edinburgh, Adelaide, Melbourne AND have been kicked out of places you can only dream of.

She is Miss Burlesque Australia 2018, and actually handed over the crown to our very own Bettie Bombshell in 2019, how bloody adorable! We unfortunately had a guest cancel at the last minute, so we scrolled around Facebook and found someone that was online. We found Reuben Kaye... an international superstar that has graced many random bedrooms all around the globe!

It really is hard to write a jazzy intro for this artist, because he is one of the greatest entertainers in the world. A true cabaret icon, MC extraordinaire, writer, comedian with the longest legs in the biz! Reuben has taken the world by storm with his one of a kind persona, and has even managed to bribe his way onto Channel 4 in the UK. There is no one else quite like Reuben Kaye, and honestly that's probably a really good thing. We chat about COVID-19 and how it's helped us realise that boxed wine is a totally acceptable form of alcohol, as well as Reuben's latest project UN-WINE-D! The only guided meditation with a wine pairing.

This powerhouse has toured the world with sell out shows, scoring rave reviews (and then there was that one that was a bit shit), was one half of the ICONIC cabaret couple Titty Bar Ha Ha, is currently one half of Mick & Boo presents, she is a bassass MC, a performer, a producer, a wineo AND has two kids. Yeah just calm, down hey. It's one of our best judy's, the INCREDIBLE Boo Dwyer!
