EPISODE NOTES:
We drank:
2019 Ravensworth Riesling
100% Riesling.
Ravensworth are a small producer in the ACT. They make their wines out of the famous Clonakilla winery. We described this wine as having great acidity, green apple crunch, and a nice sourness and effervescence. We recommend you try it with a rich indian curry or seafood.
Brave New Wine Doppelganger
Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris.
It's an orange wine with a good amount of skin contact that leads to a nice structure and mouth feel. It's interesting, unique, and something different to traditional white wine.
